When you choose We Are Moving LA to help you complete your relocation without a hitch, you should know that taxes are included in our standard moving rates. We do not have any additional or hidden fees that will surprise you on the day of your move – ensuring your complete peace of mind.

When moving with We Are Moving LA, we won’t charge you anything to get to your location, or to get back to our warehouse once your move is completed. Once our movers arrive, you will sign a contract and they will start working – indicating that the clock has started. Once our movers unload the last item off our truck and settle everything in your new home, the time will stop and they will provide you with the final bill for their services.

Giving your movers a call at least 6-8 weeks in advance is the best time, as you want to make sure that the moving company you have chosen to conduct your move is available on the day of your move. Especially during moving season, moving companies get booked quickly – which is why you should reserve them as soon as you have figured out the details of your move and when your move will take place.

We will provide you with a guaranteed time of arrival for our movers, and this is something we do not take lightly. Our movers will always get where they need to be, when they need to be there.

A full service is charged differently by moving companies depending on their policy. When moving with We Are Moving LA, you should know that we do not charge anything additionally for a full pack service – but we do require an additional mover on the job as we want to complete it as smoothly as possible and ensure the success of your move. We also charge packing supplies such as boxes, bubble wrap and dish packs separately.

When you haven’t had the time to pack your clothing before the day of your move, there is a simple solution. Contact We Are Moving LA and we will provide you with up to 10 wardrobe boxes to use during your move – completely free of charge, and ensure the easiest and most efficient transportation of your clothing.

We at We Are Moving LA have no trouble moving IKEA furniture, but we always strongly advise our clients to have their IKEA pieces disassembled before our movers arrive on the day of your move.

It is important to hire a professional moving company that is licensed and insured in case of any unexpected issues during your move. Even the best movers make mistakes at times – no one wants to willingly break or damage your possessions. Our moving coordinators at We Are Moving LA will always gather the needed details of your move and provide you with the needed information on how many movers you will be needing to complete the process successfully. They will advise this based on the size of your move, its complexity, special or excessively heavy items and whether you need packing assistance in addition to moving or not.
